Our extensive duct product portfolio offers a variety of high-quality products that are specifically tailored to the requirements of the construction industry in Europe. We offer silt- and slotbuckets and dirtcatcher traps in accordance with the strict german standards DIN 1221, DIN 4052 and DIN 1236 or their building principles. These standard products ensure the highest quality and reliability in accordance with industry standards. Siltbuckets and Slotbuckets
are manufactured according to the standards DIN 4052 and DIN 1236 and fit seamlessly into the standardized drainage point inlets according to EN124 or DIN 19584.
Dirtcatcher traps
are intended for use in manhole covers where dirt could enter the sewer through existing ventilation openings. The standard used here is DIN 1221.
Materials
Our EnviroZink® galvanized duct products are usually made from cold-rolled thin sheets regarding
DIN EN 10 130, which are refined after processing by dip galvanizing in accordance with EN1461.
The most important products in the range are also available in a plastic version made from PP and/or PE.
For areas with special requirements, we also manufacture these products in stainless steel V2A / material number 1.4301 (AISI 304) or V4A / material number 1.4404 (AISI 316).
DIN 4052 - Siltbuckets and Slotbuckets
are manufactured according to the DIN 4052 standard and fit seamlessly into the standardized processes according to EN124 or DIN 19584. These processes are generally called square 50x50 or longitudinal 30x50, which explains the different designs. The products in the DIN series meet the highest durability requirements.

are manufactured according to the construction principles of the above-mentioned standards, but modified at the customer's request. DIN 1221 - Dirtcatcher trap for sewage
are manufactured according to the DIN 1221 standard and, with a few exceptions, fit seamlessly into the standardized manhole covers according to EN124 or DIN 19584. In general, these manhole covers are often called "DIN covers" with the nominal size DN600. The products in the DIN 1221 series meet the highest durability requirements.
